We do not provide legal advice or representation in any matter before a federal agency, federal court, or in any proceeding where the United States is a party or has a direct and substantial interest.

Any transaction involving a federal program (including but not limited to FHA, VA, USDA, HUD, SBA) or requiring contact with a federal agency will be declined and, if appropriate, referred to independent counsel.

Submission of information through this website or engagement of DC Mistry Closing, LLC does not create an attorney–client relationship with Mistry Law, PLLC. Legal services, if needed, must be established through a separate written agreement with Mistry Law, PLLC and remain subject to all applicable federal ethics laws and regulations.
